I have in fact rebooted many times and this hasn't changed the behavior.
When I run gwibber I get no real error messages. Here is the output I
get when running from a commandline.

~> gwibber

enum when in fact it is of type 'GFlags'
** (gwibber:11183): WARNING **: Trying to register gtype 'WnckWindowActions' as

** (gwibber:11183): WARNING **: Trying to register gtype
'WnckWindowMoveResizeMask' as enum when in fact it is of type 'GFlags'
