Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: apt

some packages' dependence apt can't resolve.

examples: mpb mpb-doc mpb-mpi tp-smapi-source tpfan-admin (ppa) (a lot
of package i don't list)

i install mpb's dependences manually, but apt still report other
dependence need to install.

the first time i find mpb's dependence error, i think this may this
package maintainer's fault.

but after i find so many packages dependence error, i find it is apt's
fault.
