Public bug reported: Binary package hint: network-manager
Each time I unplug my wireless network card, I see this message in my syslog: 2010-04-30 13:12:00 ralf-laptop NetworkManager <info> Unmanaged Device found; state CONNECTED forced. (see http://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/191889) However, I have no unmanaged network device. I always did all my network managing with NetworkManager. So if NetworkManager indeed forces the state to CONNECTED, that's just wrong. Here's my /etc/network/interfaces: auto lo iface lo inet loopback This is with Kubuntu 10.04, all updates installed. ** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Syslog says comething about "unmanaged device found" - but I have no unmanaged device https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/572240 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
