My suspicions were confirmed, there is no default user control of the
system fans. However, there are third party programs that allow users to
control the fan speed.

Please be sure that you read the information COMPLETELY and FULLY, this
setup involves configuring files related to BIOS and various other
applications on the system hardware level. If you do not follow the
