Dear Jeremy (1)The problem still exists. I ran the program in terminal but this is the result: i...@ubuntu:~$ sudo apport-collect -p linux 473058 [sudo] password for ian: Error connecting to Launchpad: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'makefile' You can reset the credentials by removing the file "/home/ian/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials"
(2) When I start 10.4 after the Ubuntu splash screen the screen goes dark. I have to reboot and go into Graphic safe Mode and run in low graphics mode. I didn't hav this with previous versions of Ubuntu. How should I proceed with (1) and (2) above? Best.., Elazar i...@ubuntu:~$ sudo apport-collect -p linux 473058 [sudo] password for ian: Error connecting to Launchpad: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'makefile' You can reset the credentials by removing the file "/home/ian/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials" On Thu, Apr 22, 2010 at 9:10 PM, Jeremy Foshee <[email protected]>wrote: > Hi ELAZAR, > > This bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it > recently.
