Public bug reported:
I've install all the package required like scangearmp-mp250series
(v1.40-1). but nothing solve my problem. this multifunction printer
works fine on Ubuntu 9.04 both scanning and printing. but on ubuntu
10.04 it still can't handle scanning. on ubuntu 9.04, the printer can
handle scanning because of sane-backend for pixma.

sane.html. this is the link where I can solve the scanning problem for
Ubuntu 9.04. but it can't work for ubuntu 10.04. Am I missing something?
