Hello, Jean-Baptiste, I'm sorry, but I didn't keep copies. After the upgrade aborted, I tried KPackageKit, and it said that the problems needed to be fixed by Aptitude. So I tried Aptitude, and it corrected the problems quickly. However once that happened, I assume it changed the log files. I'll go ahead and attach them. Maybe seeing the Aptitude fix will be useful.
For what it's worth, I had other problems related to OpenOffice and these seem to be well reported as update-manager bugs. The particular one you are responding to that I posted is merely one bad file. But it didn't match other titles, so I posted as new. Thanks for your prompt attention, --Emil On Sun, May 2, 2010 at 05:33, Jean-Baptiste Lallement <[email protected]> wrote: > Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu > better.
