I just fixed my suspend on my 13.3" Acer Aspire Timeline 3810TZ thanks to
Launchpad, I don't know what bios version I have I just gave it a try and now
everything works and I am happy as a pig in slop.

Suspend:
Change GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="" to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="i8042.reset=1" in
/etc/default/grub.
Run sudo update-grub.
Reboot.
