I can confirm this. The problem is that kile on amd64 was forgotten when
syncing with debian. Even kile-i18n is 1.9, whereas kile is still 1.8
which produces problems with kile-i18n, tetex, texlive, lyx and a few
other packages around.

Visiting debian.org and installing kile 1.9 and kil1-i18n from there
fixes all problems.
