Can you run the installer again using a daily live CD from here:
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/
Please use the --debug option (that's `sudo ubiquity --debug` in a
console), and attach /var/log/syslog and /var/log/installer/debug to
this bug report.
