my network is as follows

FIOS Modem just changed from comcast
issue happens on both
pfsense firewall
network switch
cat5e cable to 4 desktops and 1 wrt54g with DD-WRT installed
3 wireless clients
my laptop that has 10.04 with transmission showing the problem
the issue is on the computer, other wireless clients can continue with no
adverse affects and wired clients can surf with no problems
