Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: software-center

Orca does not get any information about the status of an application in
the software center.

Test case:
1. Search for an application using the search box.
2. Navigate through the list, which contains installed and non-installed
packages.
3. Orca cannot distinguish between them.

It would be useful for blind users if it can speak out the status
(whether 'Installed' or 'Not installed') of the package.
