Binary package hint: vlc
The users who need the GUI-less version of VLC usually installs the vlc-
nox package but it doesn't provide the H.264 codec plugin, which doesn't
have requirement for any library related to X.
So please move libx264_plugin.so from vlc to vlc-nox package.
