I've seen the same issue with the Ubuntu release 10.04 LTE. When I burn a R/W CDRom with: genimageiso image with HFS/RR/JOLIET: it is not recognized genimageiso image with HFS/RR: it is not recognized genimageiso image with RR/JOLIET: it is recognized
If I use the Gmount-iso tool to mount images that was not previously recognized, the image is properly mounted. It seems that between the Ubuntu release 9.04 and the 9.10 that something has been broken in how the system detects which filse-system are present on the media, when this one contains HFS information. I've put in attachment an empty HFS/RR image not recognized by the system. -- Hybrid iso image won't mount https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/510042 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
