I believe this was labeled as Incomplete accidently. The comments suggest that
this bug is due to python-libmimic not being in emesene's dependencies. This is
still the case for all releases before 10.04 according to packages.ubuntu.com.
Emesene in ubuntu 10.04 now depends on python-libmimic (and was installed with
the package successfully when I checked).
