Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: dpkg

Happens during upgrade from 9.10 to 10.04. Not entirely sure what goes
wrong, but the upgrade keeps telling me that kvm-pxe is already
installed and configured. Not sure whether this is causing the error,
but in the end, the upgrade fails. Will probably have to do a full
install instead of the upgrade.
