Yes, it seems it has emerged again in Lucid and is worse for some users
than it was before. There does seem to be some speculation as to the
exact cause, but it has been reported to Mozilla and several teams are
looking at the report. Since bug 438868 describes the bug you are
experiencing, I am marking this report as a duplicate of that report.
Please see that report for any workarounds that emerge and to see if you
can add any information that is not already provided in the comments.
