Public bug reported: Binary package hint: firefox
When I click o0n listen now on the BBC home page there are times when FF reports the BBC Radio 4 page as unavailable. If I immediately switch to Opera access is available. The connection is effected via http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/console/bbc_radio_four and the report on the site is BBC Radio 4 FM is unavailable at this time. At times I have switched over to Radio Scotland without any problem when I wished to check traffic news and there is no problem there. Again attempting to connect later in the morning usually connects to Radio 4. This is a complete pain. What does it take to have a proper service from FF I am currently using Lucid ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.04 Package: firefox 3.6.3+nobinonly-0ubuntu4 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.32-21.32-generic 2.6.32.11+drm33.2 Uname: Linux 2.6.32-21-generic x86_64 Architecture: amd64 Date: Wed May 5 07:37:00 2010 FirefoxPackages: firefox 3.6.3+nobinonly-0ubuntu4 firefox-gnome-support 3.6.3+nobinonly-0ubuntu4 firefox-branding 3.6.3+nobinonly-0ubuntu4 abroswer N/A abrowser-branding N/A InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS "Lucid Lynx" - Release amd64 (20100429) ProcEnviron: LANG=en_GB.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: firefox ** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug lucid -- Connecting with BBC Radio 4 unavailable https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/575602 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
