When I reported this problem, I clicked on Help at the top of the page in firefox and then clicked on 'report a problem' under the 'Help' heading. Apport opened up and instructed me to wait for the software to collect the information necessary in order to report the problem. I followed all the directions and described the problem to the best of my ability. The problem initiated when I clicked on a news link on the home page of Fox news-foxnews.com. I looked for a bug that matched the problem I was having but found none so clicked on the appropriate link to report a new bug. I then copied and pasted what the page looked like after it was opened on the fox news link which is shown under binary package hint: firefox above. I took all the steps I knew to take and your "look down your nose attitude" toward my efforts and condescending attitude doesn't want me to be at all active in trying to help make this operating system the best it can be. I thought the meaning of Ubuntu was 'I am what I am because of who we all are'. I am attempting to help, if I am not doing it the right way, then I will learn to do it the right way, but condescension only makes one feel like the effort is not worth the trouble because the real brains will figure this out with or without me. I have been learning on Ubuntu now for over 3 years and I am sure there is a ton of stuff I will not do right, but at least when I try to help, I am trying with a positive attitude. One day, we may all get it all right and there won't be any need for a 'Help' column, or a 'report a problem' link.
