I add a video to explain this bug. There's probably a network slowdown problem over this. However it should not affect tile loading display. I think it would be better to wait that all the tiles are loaded to display the new map portion. Perhaps you could zoom or unzoom the actual tiles to wait for the well scaled ones. In case ov moving the map, I don't know...
