I have been trying to supply the choices offered by a list box from a
table in OpenOffice Base. However I always end up with a crash.

Crash scenario 1:
Open the database file I have attached and open the form Branch2 for editing.
Control-click the text box Next Action Type, then right-click… replace with… 
list box.
Right-click the same box… Control… Data.
Change Type of List Contents to Table.

Result:
Instant crash.

Crash scenario 2:
As above, except leave List of Contents as something else. 
Change "Drop Down" in the left-hand tab to "Yes".

Result:
Instant crash.
