Confirm!

We took our new Proxies in action today. In the eval phase (ca. 30 User) we 
didn't see this error. Now with about 7500 user per proxy the error appears:

Everytime the error appears squid is restarting.
Another new proxy is FreeBSD-based with squid 3.0.STABLE25 with the same amount 
of users: no errors.
