Hello, I've got a problem with my laptop thinkpad T40, ehci_hcd usb2.0
doesn't work at all. If I plug my external HDD or my DVBT tuner I've got
the following error:

A workaround is to remove the ehci_hcd driver and use usb1.0... (sudo rmmod
ehci_hcd).
I found a lot of people having the same problem (google) but still no
solutions! So I decided to open a new bug.
I'm using ubuntu 7.04 feisty fawn but the problem occurred also with
edgy eft (I can't remember the kernel version...).
Actual kernel: Linux xens-laptop 2.6.20-12-generic #2 SMP Sun Mar 18
03:07:14 UTC 2007 i686 GNU/Linux
I also tried the following boot options: (without results)
- noapic
- nolapic
- acpi=off
- pci=noacpi
last but not least... usb 2.0 works fine with windows XP so it's not a
hardware issue ;)
Cu, xens
