It would help to know exact versions since there have been recent
improvements with ndiswrapper. Attach (do not inline) the contents of
these files after inserting the USB wireless adapter. Do this with the
original version of ndiswrapper.
dmesg > dmesg.txt
lsusb > lsusb.txt
sudo dmidecode > dmidecode.txt
