Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: debdelta

When using debdelta I often encounter messages like "sources.list does
not provide a source file for PACKAGE_NAME" - for almost all packages
marked for upgrade. In Debian testing virtual machine everything works
just fine.

I use this series of commands:
sudo apt-get update && sudo debdelta-upgrade && sudo apt-get upgrade
as adviced in 'man debdelta'.
