I'm running Feisty in VirtualBox. I recall that I had saved the session while there were still updates pending. After starting the session again, I noticed the ltransparancy problem. Maybe these two are connected somehow (hiding and reappering). I'll try to reproduce the situation I described and then I get be back to you, just have to wait for new updates on Feisty.
