Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. According to the Mozilla support
site, this error is usually due to insufficient cache space being set
for Firefox to use: http://support.mozilla.com/en-
US/kb/unable+to+install+add-ons#Download_Error_228

Please go to Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Network inside of Firefox,
then make sure there is at least 1MB devoted to Firefox cache (I have it
set to 50MB on my system, but the support site says to make sure it has
at least 1MB).

If that does not resolve the issue, then it could be due to a problem on
the server, in which case attempting to download the extension again
later may work.

Please try these fixes, and let us know whether they resolve the issue
for you or not.
