Please sync opencv 2.0.0-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Changes has been adopted by Debian. This package can now be synced.

* Update debian/control.
- Bumped standards-version to 3.8.4. No changes needed.
