I wouldn't have thought that it was a dupe of that bug, the problem with this is that it occasionally won't get to suspend. Whenever it does it resumes fine.
I noticed something fairly interesting last night when it happened again. The mouse and keyboard had power cut to them, and so I can't tell if it would come back by doing anything. The power button does nothing.
