Public bug reported:

While installing r-cran-rcmdr on Ubuntu 9.10, I found that trying to run
it would pop up a window asking for installation of the aplpack package,
which doesn't seem to exist either as part of r-cran-rcmdr or as
standalone package. So I downloaded it from CRAN and installed it.

Now I'm having the same problem with leaps on Ubuntu 10.04: Rcmdr asked about
it every time I started it. I have downloaded and installed it from CRAN again.
If at all possible, please add these two required Rcmdr dependencies to the
repository.
