Some more tests: -installed Lucid using Clonezilla (a simple copy from a virtualized Lucid): blank screen -booted in recovery mode, then started failsafe graphic mode: fail too, VESA no valid mode, no screens found...
So it's not just an installation problem, even with an installed system, it's unusable. I think this bug is critical, it makes Lucid totally unusable (unless the alternate CD is working?
