I have solved my problem by installing ndisgtk, then going to the Linksys website to download the XP driver for my WMP600N wireless-N PCI adapter, then using the Windows Wireless Drivers tool in ndisgtk to install the driver. I have not experienced any more problems connecting after doing this. Does this mean that 10.04 is not installing the proper Linux driver?
I installed 10.04 on my Dell Latitude D620, went to "System- Administration-Hardware Drivers" and installed the Broadcom B43 wireless driver and it has been working perfectly. Hope this helps anyone else if they have similar problems. -- Wireless network dies unexpectedly https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/574795 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
