Nevermind, I figured out the commands :P

r...@coldfox:/home/joseph/Desktop/rtl8192se_linux_2.6.0016.0301.2010# rmmod
r8192se_pci
r...@coldfox:/home/joseph/Desktop/rtl8192se_linux_2.6.0016.0301.2010# modprobe
r8192se_pci

I scanned for networks again and none were found.

I tried the following, hopefully the error will help

r...@coldfox:/home/joseph/Desktop/rtl8192se_linux_2.6.0016.0301.2010# ./wlan0up
insmod: error inserting 'r8192se_pci.ko': -1 Invalid module format
r...@coldfox:/home/joseph/Desktop/rtl8192se_linux_2.6.0016.0301.2010#
./wlan0down
r...@coldfox:/home/joseph/Desktop/rtl8192se_linux_2.6.0016.0301.2010# ./wlan0up
insmod: error inserting 'r8192se_pci.ko': -1 Invalid module format
