Public bug reported:
After updating to Ubuntu 10.04 I tried to connect with a user of Gtalk
with video-chat. In the empathy my video appeared but the other party
does not receive the video.
I have the same promble.
i have install all the encodes like:
gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse
libtelepathy-farsight0
python-tpfarsight
my os is ubuntu 10.04
i can see my partner's video,he can't see mine.
