Pckage grubpc 1.98 lubuntu 6 failed to install/upgradde subprocess installed
post installation error

While I was online on gmail a update alert from update manager appeared on
screen I clicked and it downloaded oodles of megs of whatever and iclicked and
it started to update. 3/4 ths through update screensaver ish popup asking me
for logon
I obliged then i got popup warnin me that if i canceled grub bad things would
happen. So I meekly
let the computer do its thing. It hung at at least 3 times inactivity screen
login appeared and I typed in my password. and waited. Then eventually I
rebooted and it came back to life.
