Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
Hi,
Moving from karmic to lucid, I lost my battery management (in
system/preferences/). I only have the AC tab. My battery is not detected at all
:
cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/info
present: no
modprobe battery
FATAL: Module battery not found.
I have tried with a liveusb and it is exactly the same thing.
If I unplug the AC, battery works.
It was fine with karmic
Thanks
