The version of ubuntu/Kubuntu actualy doesn't matters. The important thing is we can't install old versions of clamav (0.8x, or even 0.90 - the latest is 0.90.1) without update to the latest version. If an old version is installed, soon in the first update clamav DEMANDS for instalation of the latest version. And klamav 0.41 is the only one that support the lattest versions of clamav. I belive that keep version 0.88.4 of clamav in Ubuntu repositories is not the solution. We need a clamav 0.90.1 package as well as a klamav 0.41 package.
