i am again..... you may say: i will have nightmares....!.. anyway updating info.... this problem is maybe caused by too memory.... i mean: this computer don't support the hibernation in windows xp because have too fisical memory (2 GB) so i need a fix package to "repair" the problem of too memory and can hibernate; in ubuntu may be the same problem.... in the last distro that i install (Ubuntu 9.10) i had 2GB of fisical memory and other 4GB of swap partition (6 GB in total); so maybe is the same problem... "is too Memory", now in this distro (ubuntu 10.04) i only have a swap partition of 1GB and the normal memory of 2GB (fisical,3 GB in total) and yesterday in the night i put to hibernate the computer (i say: "WTF... it doesn't matter") and when i resume.. did it, the computer resumed without problems......
