Apparently, a new version of the drivers for 10.04 has been released by ASRock. From running a diff on the two versions shows that it's actually just a renamed package (9.10 has been replaced by 10.04). The new package can be downloaded from here: http://europe.asrock.com/downloadsite/drivers/Nettop/Ubuntu/IR(10.04).rar
