Hi Jeremy, thanks for the follow up on this issue.
I would like to add some other details to this bug that still persist despite
the new Linux release.
When I first reported the bug, I had Linux installed from Windows XP. Now I
have a dedicated hard drive and I have only this OS installed, release 10.04.
The hibernation function is working well but the suspend not yet. Now, when I
activate this function, the laptop goes in suspend mode (led blinking orange)
but when I press the power button to resume the session, the laptop reboot
itself.
The Kernel is 2.6.32-22-generic, I'm looking forward to test the latest
upstream kernel. I'm relatively new to Linux hence I'll read how to do this in
the wiki.ubuntu.com website.
Please let me know if you need any further information in the meanwhile.
Cheers!
