Hi Jeremy, thanks for the follow up on this issue. I would like to add some other details to this bug that still persist despite the new Linux release. When I first reported the bug, I had Linux installed from Windows XP. Now I have a dedicated hard drive and I have only this OS installed, release 10.04. The hibernation function is working well but the suspend not yet. Now, when I activate this function, the laptop goes in suspend mode (led blinking orange) but when I press the power button to resume the session, the laptop reboot itself. The Kernel is 2.6.32-22-generic, I'm looking forward to test the latest upstream kernel. I'm relatively new to Linux hence I'll read how to do this in the wiki.ubuntu.com website.
