Binary package hint: update-manager

Updating from 8.04 to 10.04, a dialog box was shown, that instructed to
create a bug report with contents of /var/log/dist-upgrade.

So here it is.

After this error, update aborted. Rerunning allowed it to mostly
complete, except for 'flashplugin-nonfree' being in "a very bad state"
(a number of bugs already reported about this).  Fixed by manually
removing package following instructions found on the web.

Now, apport is trying to report many many packages as "failed to install
or upgrade, even though they appear to be installed...
