Please sync k3d 0.6.7.0-2.6 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* 08_sigc++_headers.patch: add missing headers to fix FTBFS.
This change was also made in Debian.

* Non-maintainer upload.
