Just installed lucid unr to a collegues 701-4G, it shows up the same. Most buttons from dialogues are below the 480px, every window must be moved up with the alt key. The bar left looks to fat, on the right only 2 really big icons are visible. Scrolling instead of using. If unr is for netbooks, there must be options for 7" displays.
