Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: yelp
The index page for man pages is unreadable -- the display uses the
fallback characters that display the Unicode number for each character.
Switching fonts doesn't help.
I've had problems in the past with yelp working all right for a while
after a distribution upgrade, then developing odd issues. Is there some
way to rebuild its index?
