thanks for your email. as you recommend i don't remove the -ar option but i still get the error message. and as you see in the attachment there's no --ar. the preset i use you'll find as an attachment also the converting process with the error message. don't know what to do. it's the same on my girlfriends computer. so it can't be that i took some wrong parameters inside. usually everything should be without any problems. we just install the new ubuntu 10.04 with the "Medibuntu - Ubuntu 10.04... as software source.
