I do not want to accept this SRU. Changing data storage formats post-
release is a no-go area for me. I think we need to work around this in
evo/funambol and just support both the old and new data format. (It's
also pretty much a "no way") for further Ubuntu releases).

The current transition code is in couchdb-glib, but how can we be sure
that there are no other applications which use those address fields in
couchdb without couchdb-glib?
