Tengo noticias sobre que los servidores argentinos no están muy bien, prueba a
actualizar desde otro servidor.
Para ello ve a: Sistema -> Administración -> Orígenes del software en la
pestaña Software de Ubuntu cambia el servidor de Argentina al servidor
principal o a uno de Estados Unidos o selecciona la opción Otro... y selecciona
mejor servidor.
Espero que te sirva y gracias por hacer que Ubuntu sea mejor
