Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: debian-installer
Before the installation of Ubuntu 10.04 I had Refit (boot menu) on the
first partition and Mac OS X on the second partition of the harddrive.
About half of the harddrive was unpartitioned. During the installation
of Ubuntu I manually created a third swap partition and fourth ext4
partition in the free space. In the last step of the installation
however I could not choose the fourth partition as the partition to
write the boot loader to. The OK button was disabled. I then created the
partitions with the disk utility application from the live cd. Now when
the partitions already existed I could select the fourth partition as
the partition to write the boot loader to.
