Random users are not qualified to know whether they have new or better
info for a bug report.  This is precisely why apport should discourage
them from sending follow-up information to bugs that are not theirs.
You can always file a *new* bug report for an issue, and let a developer
or bug triager determine if your bug is the same as another open bug.
