clicking the go-home applet executes netbook-launcher to bring it to the front, 
the launcher code itself notices that it is already running and it should just 
gain focus, that is true for both launchers. 
the actual problem is the binary name that is called inside go-home, if you 
move /usr/bin/netbook-launcher to /usr/bin/netbook-launcher.orig and then make 
/usr/bin/netbook-launcher a link to netbook-launcher-efl it works as expected.
